A woman was caught fishing at a dam in a prohibited area. The guard said “you are under arrest for fishing in a prohibited area.” the woman said, “no I am not fishing I am just resting.” the guard said but you have the fishing equipment. The woman said if you touch me I will report that you have raped me. The guard replied but you know I have not done that. The woman replied: “but you have the raping equipment.”
